The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi, if anyone can shed some help it would be really appreciated.  

I have search forums but I too and still having issues loading LSPDFR.

 

Every time I load the game I am getting a Slow System or Insufficient Permissions message and then the game exits and a window opens saying insufficient permissions or bad anti virus.  I downloaded the latest version of LSPDFR on February 5, 2021.  

 

I have tried to run as admin - not working
I have only the windows defender anti-virus, I have never installed any other anti virus 

I am launching using rockstar launcher 

I am using nvidia 750ti video card - I turned off the overlay feature - still not loading 

I am using 150 mbps Fiber connection


I am a 100% newbie - this will be my first time to install something like this - usually just buy games OEM and play.  
So please be patient and I do really appreciate your guys help.  Thank you very much.
