The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I installed some els cars, and the els didnt work. I reinstalled gta and lspdfr. Tried again still didnt work. Reinstalled again, still the same problem. I cant get the els menu up with Control+P, so I think els might not be loaded. In openIV, I have intsalled ASI loader and the other two things. This is how it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/72vdZGI
