The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello so recently I loaded up LSPDFR and the lights on the cars were not working. They were working fine a week ago and now they don't. I can open up the ELS panel and it goes through the motions but the lights on the cars don't work, only on default police cars. I uninstalled and re-installed ELS. Between when they were working and not working I never installed or uninstalled anything else.
