The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    You're welcome. The version you had previously installed was a "forced" update and as a result priority was given to compatibility with the game in order to make it playable with the latest version. This build completes what should have been added/modified in the previous build
