So I tried playing LSPDFR with Redux and reshade and the game runs completely fine as soon as I added a car replacement pack the game wont load in the world textures correctly so no buildings or the ground loads in. My performance is fine and my CPU and GPU usage are low I just need to know whats causing the issue. 

 

Solutions I've tried 

Turning off reshade 

Setting game to high priority 

Reinstalling LSPDFR

GTA 5 Replace Carpack v.1.1 (220 cars replaced) 

 

Specs:

RTX 2060

I5-9600k

16GB ram

500gb SSD with 160gb free so im like 99% sure its not the problem 

1. Open up your main GTA V directory and click on the lspdfr folder.

2. Open the lspdfr.ini and make Main.PreloadAllModels set to false.

Once that's done save and close it.

This works temporarily for about 10 minutes or so before I start seeing the game break again and the calls are almost complety broken now where most of them disappear as soon as I get on scene and the more I do calls the more the game seems to break. It seems to be a direct error with how the game loads when theirs a call. 

Attach your RagePluginHook log - a text document found in your main directory

1. Clear the contents of your commandline - a text document found in your main directory

2. Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshyold to 60,000 -> this can be done in the RAGE settings.
