The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Dumb question but I downloaded the 1987 Robocop mod from 5Mods and it told me to replace the mp_m_claude yft, ymt and various other files. How do I get that to spawn/use that as my character?

    Use a Trainer like Menyoo or SimpleTrainer; keep in mind the name of the ped you have replaced, it will pop up as that unless it's an add-on
