The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am having a similar problem and I cant find a work around for the rage plugin loading problem.

I have a relatively fresh save for my game the only mods I have are the Enhanced GTA V trainer, Pyschokinesis mod, and one of NIB's Hero's mods.

The game won't load past the startup with the RagePlugin on and now it won't even load up when its not installed. 

 

I noticed I am also missing my commandline.txt document in my main GTA V directory, if possible, can someone send the correct info in that document in this thread?
