hi all, im new to using mods. 
i have downloaded quite a few mods but all dont work, im an amateur at all this and find it hard to understand.

lspdfr works but doesnt use the mod vehicles i have downloaded

Is your script hook v updated to the most recent version

I only downloaded it yesterday 

I have a learning difficulty and trying to get mods to play is not my specialty

Where did you install these vehicles?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V

 

and
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods

Is that all?
They need to be installed in Patchday 24:

GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

i cant copy and paste , how do i put mods in the rpf?

Go to that path through the game files.

Example:

 

GTAV/mods/update/x64 ---> Mods folder

GTAV/update/64 ---> Game files

 

Then, making sure you are in edit mode, you will be met with a red banner that says "copy to mods folder."
Click that.
