How do I permanently edit uniforms in EUP

I only have the EUP mod installed with the menu mod and configuration mod. In the police department locker room, the LSSD class A, B, and C uniforms are preset with beige CHP uniform pants with the blue and yellow stripes down the side. (for the record, that does not reflect what Los Angeles County deputies truly wear, which is technically what LSSD is trying to portray). I want to change that preset permanently. In other words, when I go into the PD locker and select the preset uniforms for LSSD, I want the uniforms to have dark green pants like LA county deputies where. Is this possible? Can this be done?
