The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So, I was looking around for a mod that allows you to handcuff peds when they're incapacitated, after getting shot for example. I know that it doesn't make a difference gameplay wise, even if they're revived they're no longer hostile. However, for realism sake I think it'd be a nice feature. Does a mod like this exist or are there any in the making I should keep an eye out for?

    I agree with you it would be a great feature. But after my research I am afraid such a mod does not exist and I'm afraid no one is working on it.

    But maybe someone else has more information and will share it.
