I played with this mod for a little and I need some help with some of the controls of the mod. On one of the hints, it stated that I can take a photograph of the ped so I can fill the database. How do I do that because I have been trying to find that since I started playing and I check in police stations with no luck. Can someone help me out with this?

from what i've seen, you have to use the cellphone to take their picture.

Yep, that's pretty much it. Take out your smartphone in-game via pressing "Up" arrow key in your keyboard. Once taken, no need to save it on your PC as it will save on the game's database regardless as far as I've tested it a few days back.
