After doing some digging, I have decided that I need a Caprice within my ranks for an auxiliary support unit. Below is a picture that I found so there is something to go on. If anybody can either send me a link to one that exists or build one I would appreciate it.

There ain't 1996 Caprice model out for IV yet, but I guess I could give it a try for the 91 or 94 models (but in a future, lately I'm busied with exams and other projects).
