I got through character creation, then when selecting a vehicle, I scrolled one to the right in the vehicles under LSPD, and then there was no vehicle and the game crashed. I got a black screen and now it's saying that the "LSPD First Response has been blocked because of causing the game to freeze". I followed all the instructions for installation, and it's strange that now the game can't load at all.

Before it goes to the black screen, it has the normal RAGE loading screen where it says that it's loaded the LSPDFR plugin, and it says that it's loading the Story mode. It's not until after the loading screen goes away, and there's the circle on the bottom right that says, "Loading LSPDFR" that the yellow alert pops up on the left. I did see the main post, and editing the plugin loading time allowance but that didn't change anything.

As per the FAQ's (that I advise you read) you need to increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 -> this can be done in the RAGE settings

As I stated in my post, I did increase the plugin timeout threshold

I saw a recent installation video from December who did stuff with OpenIV, so I'm copying the files into a new mods folder to see if that helps. It wasn't what was in the instructions on this site but I'm trying that since the instructions found here didn't work.

Then you shouldn't be receiving that error. You didn't specify what you increased it to, hence I said that.

Attach your RagePluginHook log -> a text document found in your main directory

The first thing I saw is that your Plugin Timeout Threshold is at 10,000 not 60,000 😕

Yes so I just went and double checked the threshold, and I had changed it to 60,000 and it had reverted back. It's loading up now, including vehicles that previously weren't there. Thank you!
