The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I installed some new British packs yesterday and RagePluginHook crashed instantly on the loading screen. 

I removed all mods, plugins and mods folder, still crashed.

I then decided to remove everything from my GTA directory and reinstall. 

The only mods I installed were LSPDFR, RPH and SHV. tried loading and crashed again.

I will attach a log in case it gives any more information but I didn't see anything abnormal when I looked at it.
