I'm experiencing LSPDFR crashes while making arrests. 

 The LSPDFR scrips I have as follows; Ambient AI Callouts, CompuLite, Grammar Police, Immersive Dispatch, red callouts, regular callous, stop the ped, super callouts, traffic policer, ultimate backup, and united callouts.

 

The Ragehook scrips as follows; LSPDFR, cop holster, EUP menu, Police tape, and spotlight. 

 

All scripts I have are the latest version.

Try removing United Callouts.

I can see you also have Traffic Policerl. I strongly advise you remove it as it can cause crashes and create system instability
