Hi all, I've been messing around with this for the past couple days trying to get LSPDFR to load up but have been unsuccessful. I've tried re-downloading LSPDFR and RPH but that didn't fix it. I've made sure Windows Defender and Norton aren't blocking GTA V and RPH and made GTA V's folder an exclusion on both. Sure what's going on but every time i try and load up LSPDFR I get the same message in the RPH logs:

Could not load file or assembly 'LSPD First Response, Version=0.4.7659.32941, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

 

I attached the RPH log. 

 

I made sure LSPD First Response.dll is in the plugins folder of GTA V

 

This seems to be an issue some other people are having and so far I haven't found a solution here on the forums. Any help would be appreciated!

As suspected you are missing some files from the manual install of LSPDFR.

Reinstall it making sure to drag and drop all files

that was the issue! so far so good. Thanks for your help!
