Ultimate backup EUP custom outfits?

Hello, I've been trying to find an Ultimate Backup EUP mod that allows you to select your own EUP outfits for police peds and backup. Normally I'd just install and uninstall mods I find until I get one that I like but I installed a UB EUP mod recently and when uninstalling it really fucked up my game. I'm looking for a mod that's simple and doesn't make many changes, just lets you choose a custom outfit for each UB backup category. For example when calling for the local SWAT team a SWAT team pulls up with my custom outfit. But I don't care much if a mod makes more changes than that though, such as making some changes to the jurisdiction of officers or something, as long as it doesn't completely change the gameplay. I'd also like a mod that lets you choose multiple outfits for each category, like LSPD patrol officers having different uniforms and vests, but if there isn't one like that I'd be fine with one that lets you choose one outfit for each category.
