Hi. Theres a problem where suspects surrender after 1 minute of pursuit. I cant perform any longer chases or high speed pursuits, because suspects giving up immediatly and leaving car with hands up.

 

Problem is with my plugins and without it. (i try few pursuits after deleting all plugins).

 

LSPDFR v 0.4.8 (Build 7659), everything is updated.

    EDIT: Suspects after few seconds from pursuit start, trying to escape on foot. Anyone have same problem?
