The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

GTA 5 runs but when I start with rage it crashes when loading and Ive been playing for an hour before that everything was working yet I havent changed anything no mod or plugins added. it did the same thing yesterday and this morning I had a fresh install I played, everything worked and now it crashes.

Is there something I did wrong?

    I need one from your GTAV folder (not another folder in that)
