These files cannot be viewed by anyone else other than yourself

No. 

 

Right click on the GTA V Launcher icon on your desktop

Click “Properties”

Click on the “Shortcut” tab

Look at the value in “Start In”

Whatever value is displayed in the “Start In” box is where your copy of GTA V is stored.

 

That will be your directory

Do I need to move my lspdfr files in there also?

Yes - before you do attach a screenshot of your main directory so I can make sure it actually is the right place

So you'll want to install LSPDFR + RAGE there : D
