Hi guys, new to modding but understand the basics (kinda)

Im having some troubles loading up the game;

The game opens fine, but im stuck on "Loading LSPDFR" everytime i boot up the game. 

if anybody could give me a hand that would be great!

 

also here is logfile i forgot to upload it, sorry.

    That didnt work, i t went from opening the game but being stuck on loading. To, consistantly crashing everytime i load the game up

    Make sure your Plugin Timeout Threshold is 60,000 - this can be done in the RAGE settings
