Hello everyone I hope you are having a good day

About the framerate, I searched this topic on site but it seems it all explains HOW the framerate drops while running

but is there any ways to improve that?

I can run GTAV the same graphic setting with Visual IV installed 80+ easily

But when I went on duty, the gaming experience is pretty awkward, usually 30-40ish.
