So I had to uninstall and reinstall LSPDFR/GTA and not I do not have the update pathway that allows me to add in els vehicles. Any tips?

My tip would be to watch a youtube video..

If you don't have the update folder containing update.rpf and a x64 folder your game is corrupt, you would need to verify your files.

how do I verify them ? 

If you have steam do this

Spoiler

In the Steam client right click on the games name
Select Properties
you should see something like this

Click Local Files
Click Verify the integrity of game files

If you use Epic games do this
below the games box art click the ... menu
Click Verify files
For Rockstar launcher use this guide

If you have a disk I do not know how

Unfortunately that didn’t work or do I have to uninstall and reinstall it ? 

I have them all in my main directory just not my OpenIV

if i go into the update folder and not the mods folder and follow that path all the patchdays are there just not in the mods folder itself and ive watched countless videos and nothing has helped.

Oh if that's all just copy them over

Sorry for the late reply but I tried that but  the cars are loading in.

So that is good?

Yeah it fixed it just had to load the patch days from the update folder to the mods folder
