hey peeps. my game has been going well until now, where it keeps crashing in the loading screen.

I've reinstalled all my mods and what not but it still keeps happening and id rather not reinstall gta and do it all again.

 

any help would be great

This log is an hour long - as you said your game crashed while loading it may be the wrong one.

Note: Your RagePluginHook log is not found in the logs folder - it is a text document found in your main directory called "RagePluginHook"

this is gonna sound stupid but how do i do that? just wanna know so i dont mess it up even more

Open your commandline - a text document called "commandline" in your directory

Then delete everything inside

Then save 🙂

so i did just that. loaded the game and crashed again..?

Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the issue persists

Charlie i would like to say thank you. did just that and it worked. so ill be able to play the game and install new scripts/plugins when i want and it still work?

 

No problem but we aren't done yet!

Renaming your mods folder disables it. This means you have an issue in there.

 

Revert all recent previous changes and see if that makes a difference 😄

so you mean change the mods folder back to normal? or what?

 

Well you have clearly done something in your mods folder that is wrong such as editing a META file incorrectly.

You'll need to revert your recent changes.

 

If you cannot find out what is causing the issue you will need to start a new fresh mods folder : )

ive fixed the file and loaded the game and everything is back to normal thank you mate!

Hey, Yesterday i renamed my mods folder. Ive been installing car mod packs from lspdfr but after installing them my game always crashes. I renamed the folder last night but i thaught i should try again to install another car mod. After that my game crashed once again and when i rename the folder that was already named "_mods" i cant launch the game, How do i revert my recent changes because when i try restore previous versions nothing appears... thanx again
