Ok so i just got into the modding of the game and wanted to try out zhe lspdfr. I glt the rageplugin, did thr manual install of zhe mod and everything and it boots up normally tho since i never touched the story mode and only finished the prolouge, still having the first cutscene with michael sitting at the docs place. When i try to skip that cutscene tho i get thrown into an infite loading screen. Do i have to finish that first, do i need any mor eplugins or what do i have to do?

By the sounds of things it looks like you need to complete some more Story Mode.

I believe to need Micheal to be in freeroam before you are able to play LSPDFR
