trouble with DLC packs causing game crash since update

Since the update December 18th, I have not been able to add DLC packs to LSPDFR without the game crashing on start up.  I tried doing a clean install a few times.  I made sure that I have the latest Rage Hook, Script Hook, and LSPDFR.  I followed the same steps for adding the DLC packs like I always have - but the games keeps crashing on start up.  What am I missing?  Here is the error message and the crash report.  I am super frustrated!  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
