When i load GTAV with RPH (havnt tried vanilla) it crashes after loading - no message.

Could you try loading GTAV without RAGE and see if you can play?

Can not launch from Steam without RPH

So it crashes?

Yes.

You've got an error with your game files.

Verify your game files and with the mods folder renamed to _mods see if it still crashes

Verified. steam said none of the files were changed cause they're all valid.

So to confirm:

The game doesn't load successfully with RAGE or normally
This is with your mods folder disabled?

Yes. Steam also did not have to change any files.

Make sure you do not have any conflicting scripts/files in your directory

How would i do that?

If you have installed anything new into the "Scripts" folder revert it.

Any recent installations should be deleted.

 

If this doesn't work your only option would be a new install

whelp then thats what ill do cause i havent recently installed anything... reinstalling now.

There isn't something like that available. You'll have to do plugins manually

Oof cause its becoming a big pain in the butt every time i have to reinstall spend a day on downloading and installing.

Yep. Pain to say the least. Just be slow when installaing so if an issue does appear you know what may be causing it
