The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

If that is the case you have an issue with your mods folder.

To confirm rename it to _mods and see if the issue persists

    I don't have a mods folder, these are all the files I have ~

    So to confirm your game won't load with or without RAGE, you don't have a mods folder and you've verified your game files?

    Yes, although, LSPDFR worked once, only once, then stopped working and did the same thing once again. Maybe an out of date file?
