Hey Everyone,

 

I uploaded my last two RPH logs, I don't usually post because I can find my answers somewhere on here but honestly I am stumped. I am not the most savy and I cannot figure out what is happening. I did a clean install last night, and loaded my plugins this morning along with EUP, and some vehicles. Everything was working perfectly except that I forgot to install Traffic Policer to go with my other files so I had to exit out and install it. Since I did that I can't get past the Loading and Populating Game World Screen. I tried removing Traffic Policer but it still crashes. Any help is appreciated.
