RagePluginHook.log can be found in the root directory of GTAV (If you use the steam version, Program Files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V)

    tried it also crashed after selecting story mode. i have a feeling that i will have to do a clean install of everything but first go trough the first few missions in pc something that i think i havent done

    This means you have an issue with your game files.

     

    Verify your game files + keep your mods folder renamed to _mods and see if the issue persists
