The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It is suggested to use the Manual Install, i believe that is why they removed the Auto Installer option. But no worries, the manual install is as simple - even simpler.

 

Also im not a mod but please place LSPDFR support threads in LSPDFR Support, not GTAV Support.
