GTA V Suddenly closes when i launch story mode

Featured Replies

So i was playing yesterday and it was all fine and running

but then Today i installed some Police Vehicles and replaced their Templates

and my Local Disk C was almost full so i deleted all the files in Local Disk C/Software Distribution/Downloads

I'm new and just wanna ask what can i do so i can play LSPDFR again

and i heard that the only way to play again is to Reinstall GTA V (which takes 4days for me to download)

just wanna ask if Replacing Car Textures are ok?

or if i messed something up by deleting the files in the Downloads in Software Distribution

And also what can i do so the game will run smoothly do i need to expand my Local Disk Storage?

what do i do?
