File Path Question for "_mods" folder and DLC vehicles

Featured Replies

LSPDFR Team and All,

Had a quick question regarding Open IV and the file path for modding now using a different name for the mod folder such as "_mods" folder.  When I try to go in and add some of the mods, Open IV only looks for "mods" folder in GTA V directory.  I tried putting "mods" within "_mods" but this did not work due to the GTA exe. not being in the same folder as the "mods" folder.  The game is currently working smoothly.  I have been able to add some plugins such as Stop the Ped and Ultimate Backup as well as a few call outs.

I have not been able to add any modded vehicles into the game without the game crashing or not being recognized in the "_mods" folder (following all the same steps you would to install as normal except using "_mods".

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

David
