I installed the new GTA update, the newest Script Hook und RPH version and GTa is still crashing when I'm starting it. I reinstalled all things like RPH, LSPDFR, Script Hook but it's doesn't working. Here is my RPH log

yeah it's crashing too but it is since I updated everything, cause before it, i had the issue, that I was stuck at the screen and RPH doen't loading but now GTA vanilla is crashing..

 

I know what I did. I was on open IV and update the update. idk files and after that gta is crashing and before i was only stuck at loading screen.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the issue persists

No, he was renamend to _mods but with and without the _ it is doen't working

Verify your game files and keep the mods folder renamed to _mods and then see if it works

I did it, everything is okay, but it's still crashing

So with the mods folder renamed to _mods and after veryfing your game files it is still crashing?

Is that without RAGE as well?

Yeah unfortunately GTA vanilla without any mods, RPH or some other things it is doens't working. I veryfied the files and there wasn't any issue but it is still crashing

Do you have any scripts installed?

Hey, sry I was with my family and no, I only have mods like lspdfr but no script. 

At this point I'm not too sure what could be causing it.

Do you have another GTAV folder with the same name? (Like a backup)

No,  there was no issue before the update and I have no other folder like a backup. But it works before I updated the update folder to the newest at open IV, do you know an issue linked with that? 

It may be. 

You could try deleting that update folder and then verify your game files - it should install another one for you incase this one is somehow corrupted

Okay, I veryfied my files some minutes ago but I'm  trying it now

Two things to try: When updating, did you also install the new update.rpf to the mods folder? And also please attempt to move the file named dinput8.dll to somewhere else and attempt again.
