The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey Guys,

 

I'm stuck on loading, no crash or anything, everything is up to date, I've even disabled the Mods Folder (Renamed it  _mod) still didn't resolve the issue. I even tried a fresh install of LSPDFR still hasn't solved the issue.

Probably me doing something silly, any help is appreciated

    I was experiencing the same thing yesterday for quite a while.  I read on one of the posts from yesterday that someone suggested throwing in the latest Rage Native UI.  As soon as I did that, I was able to get into the game.  Still having other issues, but did the trick.  I did a fresh install as well.
