Hello all.  

 

I use to have no issues with car packs & ELS.  As of recently when I install a car pack (I've tried several different ones) some of the cars simply don't show up in my garage.  Also currently my ELS is not working, only rear taillights flash.  I uninstalled ELS completely as well as my .asi loaders and re installed.  Still having same problem.  Also something weird, the last time I did a clean install of LSPDFR I only have patchday 23 and no other patch days in my folders.  Not sure if that has janked it up.  Any help appreciated.
