Hi there, 


First off i'm going to say that im pretty new to modding my GTA. Second of all the problem i have is just recent. I have no idea when it started. I used to be able to pull people over with ELS by just turning on the light with pressing J, but when i try pulling people over it tells me to press E to do it, if i press it the cars just loses control and crashes everywhere.
