Traffic Load Crash?

Hello I have been using traffic load for diverse traffic but I have been getting crashes from this mod. Traffic Flow works fine but It only spawns the same 20 Cars into the memory while traffic load can add in 90 different cars into the memory. The mod comes with a .INI file but no matter what value I put It crashes, even the lowest one! Is there anyway to fix this or any other mod that gives the game diverse traffic? (P.S. I have 32GB of Ram I should be able to handle different amounts of cars?) (Tried on patch 1.0.7.0. and 1.0.8.0. Same issue)
