Haven't played LSPDFR in about 3 months, updated to the latest version all my old mods work great (police radio, callouts, etc.) but for some reason ELS isn't working and my police vehicle mods aren't loading in it just has default GTA police cars now. Any idea's? Thanks

Remove patchday23 from your mods folder and install all cars into patchday22. What do you mean by ELS isn't working exactly?

I don't have a patchday 23 in my mods folder it only goes up to patchday 22, also there's only a few random vehicle files in my patchday 22. ELS option menu doesn't show up but I'm not positive it doesn't work as I can't load my ELS cars into the game.

Make sure you have the OpenIV asi loader and OpenIV.asi installed.

If you already do try this:
In OpenIV uninstall both of them
Close Open IV then Open it again
Reinstall both of them
Close OpenIV
Reboot your PC

For ELS make sure that you have ScriptHook V installed and that you're using a vehicle with a VCF assigned to it.

I just noticed this, make sure all vehicle models you install are going into 17-22, preferably 22. Anywhere else and they may not work

Just completed the steps and still the same issue, mod files are in patchday 21 and just installed albo's modder and tried adding them there, still no mods showing up in game. Do I need to link the patchday i'm using to the hook? Never had an issue installing car mods before this

Even downloaded a car pack with the OPENIV package installer game runs fine but the modded cars don't show up

I've never had any issues as long as they are installed into 22, put them in there and see if they show up. Other than that I don't know what else you could do, I don't install vehicles into any default dlc packs so my knowledge there is a bit limited

Maybe the game isn't recognizing my mods folder anymore, is there a way to make sure it loads mod folder models and not models from update folder?

The mods folder should be named "mods" and the OpenIV ASI loader and openiv.asi should be installed. Other than that I'm not sure.
