I was wondering if anybody could make a Los Santos Police pack based on my town's police department livery in Northwood, New Hampshire.

 

With the shield, if it's possible, the Northwood Town Seal on the shield could be replaced with the City of Los Santos Seal and have the blue flag say '81 instead of '76

 

These are optional, but the small yellow writing towards the rear of the cruisers say "Commitment & Dedication" and the rear bumpers say northwoodpolice.org it could be changed to lossantospolice.org. The trunk and the rear of the cruisers are all black

I forgot to say ( and I don't know how to edit a post) that the lightbar uses all blue lights, no red. The center of the lightbar has a white light but the rest of the lightbar flashes all blue
