The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm not quite good at reading logs, but if it might be, then its something to do with this

Something from the Code3Callouts (which im assuming is a plugin) might be missing something, a file maybe?

    I have had a look at your log and the reason Code 3 Callouts crashed was because it is an out of date plugins.

     

    I would strongly advise you remove out of date plugins as they cam cause crashes (like you have had) and create system instability.

    I can list all your out of date plugins if required.
