lspdfr stuck on gray screen on every startup

Everytime i start up lspdfr it puts me in a grey loading screen for about 20 sec and then gives me "the game has crashed" error

tried reinstalling the game all car mods and plugins, still cant figure this out.

Try clearing the contents of your commandline, it is a text document in your main directory

Can you confirm the game loads without RPH?

yep game starts up and runs like it should, only happens when i start RPH.

so i started the game without RPH and after i was in singleplayer, i started RPH and it looked like it was working until i tried force duty and it kept telling me lspdfr has crashed

You have 3 plugins that should be removed:
Traffic Policer
Police Smart Radio
Arrest Manager
