The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

My RageHook crashes every time I start it. First of all it can't even launch my game then it just crashes them both. 

I just reinstalled GTA to see if it would work and literally, nothing I have it whitelisted in all my anti-virus software but still nothing.

    If GTA does not launch normally (without Rage and without a mods folder), then normally I would recommend verifying your game files.  Since you mentioned this is happening after a reinstall, I have to wonder if any old files got left behind during the uninstall, and remained during the reinstall.  If you decide to reinstall again, make sure all files get deleted after the uninstall.  Sorry I can't be of more help.

    Thanks for the reply though, GTA on its own loads normally but the second I open RAGE it crashes them both
