nope no overclocking for me. I have an i5-1035G1. im running on low settings. Just want more fps tho. rn i get 20-60 fps

With your current setup, you definitely need an upgrade. Sadly, nothing much can be done for an FPS boost when it comes to GTA V, only graphical settings overall. But if it's not possible to get an upgrade right now, you can follow some of these steps.
