My RPH crashes when loading plugins and all that. I did my mods folder _mods before and it loaded just fine. I just can't figure out whats wrong with my mods folder or even the game,

any suggestions?

EDIT: I think I have the wrong log, I’ll go back and check my log folder and get the right one, I think that one is from when I did my folder _mods and it loaded

Undo all recent changes in the mods folder and reinstall them one at a time until you find the one that caused the crash.
If you have any addon dlc packs make sure you have these:

There is only, Update (folder), X64 (folder), and common.rpf and x64c.rpf file in my mods folder. What can I do, I don’t think I have an DLC packs installed. On open iv I installed, F&D, enhanced emergency lighting, and EUP

EUP is a dlc pack, if you don't have those files I sent install them and try again, if you installed that mod I recommended in the previous thread that is also a dlc pack.
If you already have those files uninstall your mods and reinstall them one at a time until you find the one that is causing the crash

After you uninstall it you follow the installation instructions again, do it one mod at a time so you can find the one causing you issues.
And as I said, you may be able to avoid installing them if you install those mods I sent. Do you already have them installed?

No I do not have those mod links u sent me installed I’ll do that soon

does GTAV heap adjuster go in my main directory?

Yes, the packfile and heap limit adjusters both do

Also ensure you have dinput8.dll installed, it is a requirement for them, it comes packed with scripthook V http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

for the gtav config when i click on the gtav config 2061 folder it brings up so much stuff what ones do i need to put into open IV?

Install the stock traffic option unless you want a different amount of traffic, then its up to how much you want

after i install them, restart my pc?

You shouldn't need to, just launch the game again. As I said above make sure dinput8.dll is also in your main directory, it is found packaged with scripthookv

If you installed the file I said needed to be installed you'll want to uninstall your mods then reinstall them one at a time, after you find the one causing the crash you can uninstall just that one and you should be good.
That only includes things in your mods folder, nothing else

I  installed if u go to my other post, I installed radianceV f&D and enhanced emergency lighting

I'm talking about dinput8.dll, not one of the first 3 I sent, its packed with scripthook V. http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

If you did install that then you'll have to do what I said before, reinstall all your mods one at a time until you find the one causing the crash
