I was adding some callouts and vehicles into my mods folder and when I run gta I get this ERR_FIL_PACK_3 but it doesn't crash. I deleted my mods folder and now i don't get the message but when I run gta story mode and the rage plugin it flat out crashes. I've did my share of researching but to no avail. And now I came here.Also the police ai uniforms don't load in if anyone has a fix or idea.

Ok but what will that fix the ai losing there uniform textures?

 

Could you explain that a bit more?

Are they wearing different uniforms etc..
