The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Lspdfr crashes when ever I go on duty. Can somebody help me fix this issue?

Try this:
Remove Arrest Manager
Remove Assorted Callouts
Remove LSPDFR+
Remove Police Smart Radio
Remove Traffic Policer
Also make sure Priority Radio Traffic is off in Rich's police enhancements if you do this.

The reason to do this is those plugins are all outdated and known to cause instability.

You already have Bejo's plugins so I won't bug you with that, but if you want ALPR, speed radar and other things like that you should get those plugins from his site.
