These plugins shouldn't be causing you any issues, are you using addon vehicles?

No,I don`t like it.

Ok that should rule out one thing, do you have a custom vehicles.meta?
Also, have you had this issue after reloading LSPDFR?

Oups,I have 3 addon cars,but they don`t police cars,I don`t change vehicles.meta,I don`t know,traffic stop never work all time

I can do video with this trouble

So the issue is that you can't blip the suspect vehicle?

 

Check your keybinds in GTAV/lspdfr

There should be an ini file in the folder I outlined above. Make sure you are familiar with all the keys changing them where necessary.
