I crash alot, Im not too sure why, Its just keeps crashing meRagePluginHook.log after a while.

It seems that are missing some files of PeterUCallouts. Try reinstalling it

Adding on to that,

Try this:
Increase plugin timeout threshold to 60000
Remove arrest manager
Replace Computer Plus with Compulite

Remove Crazy Callouts

Remove Federal Callouts

Remove Police Smart Radio

Remove Traffic Policer

All these are outdated and replacements for some can be found here: https://www.bejoijo.com/

Police Smart Radio and the 2 callout packs can not be replaced but still need removed

 

You may get issues from these: Entity Persistence, Callout Manager, Pragmatic Callouts
 

I can not find a file anywhere named "More Robberies", check to make sure it is up to date

Check for Regular Callouts updates

There doesn't seem to be a LSPDFR crash but doing these will likely resolve it.

In addition clear your commandline - a text document found in your main directory

Do you have a modified vehicles.meta? If so revert it to vanilla and see if that helps.

How to i revert it?

If you've done the changes in your mods folder do this:
1, go to update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 and copy the meta from there
2, go into your mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 and put that meta you just copied in
If you didn't use the mods folder backup any changes then verify your files

Can the game load without RAGE?

Yes it can, The problem is i crash when i enter sheriff2 or fbi2

According to that log your game loaded for 2 minutes then crashed. Could you get another one for me?
