If I start LSPDFR from rage at the startup it just loads for ever and never starts but if I do not load it with rage at startup just in story mode and then load the plugin manually it works just fine and it's starting to get annoying having to do all that everytime, is there a way to solve this?

Here are some things I noticed in your log:

• Update PeterUCallouts - at the moment it is very out of date

• Update SuperCallouts
• Update Variety Callouts
• Update Regular Callouts

I strongly advise you remove out of date plugins as they can causes crashes and system instability.
I have attached some alternatives but if you want to know if a feature is available in an up to date plugin let me know.
